Excellent Service Award DID Perak State was held at Hotel Hill City on August 7, 2009. Awards are held annually to celebrate and appreciate the Department of Irrigation and Drainage employees who perform duties with excellence. The award recipient will be awarded certificates of appreciation along with cash of one thousand ringgit (RM 1000).
Also celebrated at the ceremony is the Department of Irrigation and Drainage pensioners who retired in 2008. The pesera given gifts to celebrate their contributions to the department.
For the first time the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Perak State introduced the Skill Certificate granted to employees and officers who have shown outstanding performance in which performance evaluation scores indicated more than 90% but less than or not selected to receive the Outstanding Service Award. Hopefully, the Service Excellence Awards celebration will be catalyses to all Department employees to continuously strive for excellence.
