We will provide professional service and quality in the planning, design and implementation of programs flood management, river basins, coastal zones, drainage and environment-friendly water resources and hydrology. Our services will be based on best engineering practices with regard to environmental sustainability, economic and social.

In performing those duties and functions of the following, we pledge:

  • To respond the public complaints through DID Careline 1-300-80-1010 regarding the issues on flooding, river, coastal and urban drainage in two (2) working days.
  • Ensure payment of bills and invoices are not made more than ten (10) days of recieving the complete documents (unless otherwise stated in the contract).
